How DYNOMYCO® Works - The Science of Root Synergy

Turn every root into a nutrient super-highway.

Plants evolved alongside mycorrhizal fungi for over 450 million years. When you add DYNOMYCO® to your grow, you restore that ancient partnership - and the results show up fast. Our highly concentrated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) blend colonizes roots within days, weaving a microscopic network that mines locked-up nutrients and water that roots alone can't reach.

From healthier roots to heavier harvests

1. Inoculation - Simple application, powerful start

Just one teaspoon of DYNOMYCO Granular at transplant - or a Spark WP drench through irrigation - introduces up to 3,600 viable propagules per gram of two proven AMF species: Glomus intraradices and Glomus mosseae. Because we include whole-inoculum spores, hyphae, and colonized root fragments, colonization kicks off immediately, shielding young plants from transplant shock while accelerating early growth.

  • Works in soil, coco, and living beds.
  • Compatible with mineral, organic, or hybrid feeding regimes - just be sure to reduce high-phosphorus fertilizers so the mycorrhiza can do their job.

2. Colonization - Building the fungal freeway

Within two weeks, branching hyphae extend from the root cortex up to 100× farther than the finest root hair. Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) release organic acids and work with soil enzymes to help free phosphorus, iron, and zinc from insoluble compounds - making them available for plant roots. In return, the plant passes simple sugars to the fungus, supporting a mutually beneficial exchange rooted in evolution.

  • Arbuscules - tree-like structures inside root cells where nutrient trade happens.
  • Vesicles - storage organs that act as spore factories, keeping inoculum viable for the next crop cycle.
  • External hyphae - the real movers of water during drought stress; their slender diameter slips into pores that roots can't access.

3. 3. Prosperity - From healthier roots to heavier harvests

Once the symbiosis is established, plants channel their saved energy into canopy, fruit, and flavour. Growers consistently report:

  • 10-45% - yield increases in cannabis, basil, and cherry tomato trials.
  • Shorter finishing times - allowing an extra harvest each year.
  • Greater drought and salt tolerance, thanks to improved water access and root-zone protection.

The result? Bigger root balls, sturdier stems, denser flowers, and richer terpene or flavour profiles that stand out on dispensary shelves and farmers'-market tables alike.

Why DYNOMYCO® is different...

Highest propagule concentration on the market

Most inoculants hover between 50 and 200 propagules per gram -sufficient for leafy greens but sub-par for heavy-feeding crops. Our proprietary solid-state fermentation reaches 900 propagules per g in DYNOMYCO Granular and 3,600 propagules per g in Spark WP, delivering four to 18 times more fungal potential per dollar.

Whole-inoculum formula

Some brands sell purified spores alone, but research shows that hyphae fragments and colonised carrier roots dramatically speed establishment. We keep the inoculum whole so the fungi arrive ready to colonise without delay.

Vertically-integrated production

Every spore originates in our proprietary facility. Full vertical integration means we control the entire chain - from mother culture to finished products - ensuring purity, potency, and traceability batch after batch.

Third-party certifications

  • OMRI-listed for organic production
  • CDFA-OIM registered for California compliance
  • Ecocert-Approved for sustainability standards

These badges simplify your compliance paperwork and reassure regulators and customers alike.

FAQs at a glance

Can I use mycorrhizae with synthetic fertilizers?

Yes - DYNOMYCO is compatible with most conventional nutrient programs. While excessive phosphorus can inhibit colonization, many growers successfully use DYNOMYCO alongside bottled nutrients by moderating early P levels during root establishment.

Can I combine DYNOMYCO with compost teas or microbes?

Absolutely. Mycorrhizae function best in diverse microbial communities; just avoid fungicides that target beneficial fungi.

How soon will I see results?

Root colonization is often visible within 14 days, while above-ground growth usually follows about two to three weeks after.
